Vanns Black Peppercorns, freshly ground 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth 1 Tbs. Make the enchilada sauce: Combine canned tomatoes and their juices, garlic, ancho chile powder, ground cumin, and black pepper in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
