In a small jug or bowl, combine juice, vinegar and mustard; season well with pepper. Evenly divide the dressing into each of the jars then layer in couscous, carrots, corn, tomatoes and chickpeas. Add the spinach and compress well to make room for rices at the top of the jar.

Seal the lid and refrigerate.

Increase heat to high and add wine.

Combine gravy powder, stock and tomato puree in a small bowl. Add to pan and cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a simmer.

Cook, uncovered, for 1 minute. Add shredded lamb to the sauce and stir until well combined.

Divide lamb mixture between 6 x ml 1 cup ovenproof dishes. Spoon potato mixture over lamb, roughing up the surface with a spoon or fork. Put dishes on oven trays and cook for 15 minutes or until the top is light golden brown.

Put pies on serving plates and serve with salad.
