Taste member 'katebatty' shares her very popular recipe for homemade sausage rolls. Delicious easy homemade sausage rolls, using store-bought puff pastry and so it's just so handy and the pastry will be at it's best that way.

Create a cavity by cutting a 1cm-wide border around the edge of each eggplant half.

Use a teaspoon to scoop out the flesh then dice and reserve for filling. Place a large non-stick saucepan on medium-high heat and spray with oil. Cook onion for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add garlic and spices and cook for another minute until fragrant.
