As I do listen to my body, every single day is different. Brekkie usually consists of 2 poached free range eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, wilted spinach and some paleo toast. Mid-morning snack: I live for snacking. My staple morning snack is a banana and walnuts.

I always finish my day with dessert.
